These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of academyforlearningai.com and your registration for and attendance at workshops offered by Academy For Learning AI ("Academy for Learning AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering or attending, you agree to these Terms.

About the workshops

Academy for Learning AI offers hands-on, educational training sessions about using AI tools. Our sessions are educational in nature. They are designed to teach practical skills and provide a clear starting point — they are not consulting, financial, legal, or professional advice.

Registration and tickets

Workshop registration and payment are handled through our ticketing partner (Eventbrite) and are subject to that partner's terms in addition to these Terms. Prices, dates, times, and session details are listed at the point of registration and may change. Seating is limited (35 seats per session) and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refunds, transfers, and cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another person or to another session within the same weekend, subject to availability. If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer.

Bonus resources

Certain bonus resources or templates may be provided to attendees who complete a full session. These materials are provided for educational use, have no cash value, and are not for resale or redistribution.

Code of conduct

We are committed to a respectful, professional learning environment. We may remove, without refund, any attendee who is disruptive, abusive, or otherwise interferes with the session or other attendees.

Intellectual property

All workshop materials, slides, templates, and content are owned by Academy for Learning AI or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, or resell them without our written permission.

Results and earnings disclaimer

Our workshops teach skills and methods. We make no guarantee of any specific financial, business, income, or career result. Any examples discussed are for illustration only and are not promises or projections of what you will achieve. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, skills, and circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Academy for Learning AI and its officers, instructors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, registration, or attendance. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable session.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
